Full Service Pre-Press Department

We have a full service Pre-Press department equiped with both Mac and PC computers. We offer electronic proofing (PDF), and can provide Topaz color separations. We also utilize the Agfa Apogee Prepress System which consists of a Sherpa Contact Proofer, Sherpa Color Imposition Proofer, Avantra 44" Imagesetter and an X45 Thermal Platesetter.

Press Room

Our press room has a 2 color 15" AB Dick, 2 color 37" Miller, 4 color 40" Mitsubishi with Aqueous Coater and a 6 color 40" Komori with Aqueous Coater.

Bindery

Our full service bindery has 4 folders, with glue and gate folding capability, a Sheridan Stitcher, 2 45" paper cutters, 2 5-head drills and 2 shrink wrappers.

Custom Print Work

Need a foil job printed? we can help. We also do unique services that make your printed piece special such as embossing, die-cutting, numbering, scoring & perforating. We also offer skid wrapping, bar coding, warehousing, direct shipping & fulfillment. These services all help make Southwestern Printing part of your One-Stop Business Resource Center.
